The Minor Planet Electronic Circulars contain information on unusual
minor planets and routine data on comets. They are published

                              COMET C/2019 B3 (PANSTARRS)

This object was initially reported as a possible comet by R. Weryk,
    R. Wainscoat and Y. Ramanjooloo (F51, Jan. 24), who described it as having a
FWHM of ~1".8 (compared to 1".15 +/- 0".03 for nearby stars), with an asymmetry
towards the north east. Weryk and Wainscoat (568, Feb. 4) reported that in
three 60-s gri-band images tracked non-siderally, the object was close to a
background star, which made it difficult to determine whether there was tail.
The object had a 2".0 FWHM (compared to 1".26 +/- 0".04 for nearby stars).
